We guarantee that your online order will properly fit your specific make and model. If it doesn’t…we will process an exchange for a proper fitting set of wheels or tires at no cost to you.

Shipping Information
Shipping for ALL Wheel and Tire Packages within the continental U.S. is FREE* ! For orders going outside of the 48 contiguous states, Please call a Rated R Rims representative.
Review the diagram below to determine your approximate shipping time from our Florida warehouse. Please add 2 -3 business days for packing, mounting and balancing.
Once your order has shipped, Rated R Rims will provide you with an estimated arrival date for your order.

Returns and Exchanges: Terms and Conditions
Non-Defective Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please call customer service for a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number from Rated Rims. A customer service representative will then walk you through the steps for your return or exchange. Request for return authorization number must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new. Any tires or wheel and tire packages are considered in used condition once they have been mounted on a vehicle.
Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned to us. You own the wheels until we clear the product any damaged due to improper shipping result in the customer not receiving credit on damaged wheels. Please make sure you package correctly.
There is a $100 dollar restocking fee and shipping and labor costs for mounting and balancing are non-refundable for non-defective returns and exchanges.
All returned items must be shipped via UPS.

Defective Returns and Exchanges
If your shipment has arrived damaged, you must contact the Rated R Rims within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.. No EXCEPTIONS
If you receive the wrong product, you must contact the Rated R Rims within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue. No EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with the Rated R Rims fitment guarantee, we guarantee that your online order will properly fit your specific make and model.
If your product has a fitment issue, you must contact Rated Rims within 48 hours of merchandise delivery to report the issue. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rated R Rims 36 Month Road Hazard Damage Protection for Rim and Tire Packages
Piece of Mind on the purchase of your Rated R Rims Rim and Tire Package ONLY $ 100
This warranty provides for the repair or replacement of the covered tires and/or rims which, during the term of the warranty, is damaged by a Road Hazard and the tire is unable to hold safe tire pressure due to this damage under this warranty. For the purpose of this warranty the term road hazard damage is defined as damage, not covered by original manufacturer warranty, which takes place due to a condition which should not exist such as nails, potholes, glass, or other road debris while operating the vehicle on a public roadway.
Rated R Rims will reimburse you for the repair or replacement of protected rims and/or tires if road hazard damage has caused the tire to be unable to hold safe tire pressure. Any damage that has not caused the tire to be unable to hold safe tire pressure is excluded. Wheel inspection or color photographs may be required prior to replacement authorization. Maximum coverage per wheel is $ 300 and coverage is up to $900 total within the 36 months.
Exclusions and Limitations
The maximum amount that will be paid for any one wheel replacement is $300 which includes any cost of mounting, balancing, shipping and taxes. The maximum replacements during the warranty period is 3.
Once your order has been processed a Rated R Rims representative will contact you to ensure you have all the proper information submitted for coverage.
